What actually drives CMMC cost

01

Which level applies

Level 1 covers FCI and 17 practices. Level 2 covers CUI, 110 practices and 14 domains. That difference is most of the cost.

02

How much touches CUI

An enclave that isolates the work is usually cheaper than bringing an entire network into scope.

03

Write it or buy it

A consultant at $250 to $500 an hour who will not take a project under $15,000 is the alternative these packets exist to replace.

04

Whether you maintain it

Policies drift, staff change, requirements move. Documentation that goes stale has to be redone.

More than 50 people?

The packet prices above are flat and do not change with headcount — a 100-person engineering firm pays the same as a 10-person shop. The retainers are what scale: $2,000 and $4,000 per year cover organizations of 50 people or fewer.

Straight answers

How much does CMMC certification cost?

For a small defense contractor, the documentation is free at Level 1 and $679 at Level 2, or $1,497 with support. Ongoing maintenance is $2,000 to $4,000 per year depending on level. Those are our published prices for organizations of 50 people or fewer.

How much does CMMC compliance cost for a small business?

Less than most expect. Our packets are built for shops of 1 to 50 people, which is why Level 1 is free and Level 2 starts at $679 rather than the $15,000 minimum a traditional consulting engagement usually carries.

What does a CUI enclave cost?

It is quoted per project. Enclave cost depends on user count, platform, and how much data has to live inside the boundary. Contact us with those three details and we will estimate it.

Do you offer CMMC Level 3?

Not currently. Our packets cover Level 1 and Level 2. If your contract requires Level 3, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Is there a free option or a free trial?

There is no trial, because there is nothing to trial: the readiness quiz is free and the entire CMMC Level 1 packet is free, including a preview of the Level 2 material. You can find out where you stand and complete Level 1 without spending anything. Level 2 packets carry a 30-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial.

Do you work outside Florida?

Yes. We work with defense contractors nationwide, including Northern Virginia and the DC area.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Packets carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
