Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.cybercloudai.tech.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Analytics and Advertising Technologies
We use third-party analytics and advertising technologies to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the site or search query that referred you, and general technical details about your device and browser, including a truncated version of your IP address. We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Corporation, which places a cookie in your browser to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and to help us reach professionals in similar roles and industries. Both technologies are deployed through Google Tag Manager. These tools do not collect your name, email address, or any other information you submit through our forms, and we do not sell the data they gather. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can manage LinkedIn’s advertising and data-use preferences from within your LinkedIn account settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly, though doing so may affect how parts of this site function.
When you complete our CMMC Readiness Quiz, we collect the first name, company name, and work email address you provide, along with your responses, in order to generate your results and action plan. We use this information to send you the materials you requested and to follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent it. You can unsubscribe from any follow-up communication using the link in those emails, or request deletion of your information by contacting us directly.
